1 flatbread or naan
½ cup cottage cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
⅓ cup shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings of choice (tomatoes, spinach, pepperoni, etc.)
Olive oil, optional
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place baking sheet inside to heat.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Mix with garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread mixture on flatbread.
Top with mozzarella and desired toppings.
Bake 10–12 minutes until crisp and bubbly.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
