Ingredients

1 flatbread or naan
½ cup cottage cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
⅓ cup shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings of choice (tomatoes, spinach, pepperoni, etc.)
Olive oil, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Place baking sheet inside to heat.

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Mix with garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread mixture on flatbread.
