This bold, artisan-style pizza features spicy Italian sausage, creamy feta, and a drizzle of honey over golden crust. Sweet, spicy, and incredibly satisfying.

  • 8 oz hot Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled

  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella

  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 12 tbsp honey (for finishing)

  • Optional: fresh basil or arugula for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475°F with stone or steel inside.

  • Roll out dough and transfer to parchment or peel.

  • Brush edges with olive oil. Top with mozzarella, sausage, onion, and feta.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  • Drizzle with honey and add fresh herbs or chili flakes.

  • Let rest 2 minutes before slicing.
