This bold, artisan-style pizza features spicy Italian sausage, creamy feta, and a drizzle of honey over golden crust. Sweet, spicy, and incredibly satisfying.
1 pizza dough (12–14 inch)
8 oz hot Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled
¾ cup shredded mozzarella
⅓ cup crumbled feta
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Red pepper flakes (optional)
1–2 tbsp honey (for finishing)
Optional: fresh basil or arugula for garnish
Preheat oven to 475°F with stone or steel inside.
Roll out dough and transfer to parchment or peel.
Brush edges with olive oil. Top with mozzarella, sausage, onion, and feta.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Drizzle with honey and add fresh herbs or chili flakes.
Let rest 2 minutes before slicing.
Use hot honey for a spicy-sweet finish.
Add arugula after baking for freshness.
Flatbread or naan can be used for individual pizzas.
