A savory, satisfying breakfast pizza topped with creamy scrambled eggs, browned sausage, and melty cheese — perfect for brunch, meal prep, or breakfast-for-dinner.
1 ball pizza dough or 1 pre-made crust
½ lb breakfast sausage
5 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
1½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or blend)
Optional sauce: ¼ cup white gravy or cheese sauce
Optional toppings: bell peppers, green onions, tomatoes, hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough and par-bake 5–7 minutes.
Cook and crumble sausage in skillet; set aside.
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until just set.
(Optional) Spread sauce over crust. Top with eggs, sausage, cheese, and other toppings.
Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Slice, garnish, and serve hot.
Add hot sauce or red pepper for heat.
