A savory, satisfying breakfast pizza topped with creamy scrambled eggs, browned sausage, and melty cheese — perfect for brunch, meal prep, or breakfast-for-dinner.

  • 1 ball pizza dough or 1 pre-made crust

  • ½ lb breakfast sausage

  • 5 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or blend)

  • Optional sauce: ¼ cup white gravy or cheese sauce

  • Optional toppings: bell peppers, green onions, tomatoes, hot sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out pizza dough and par-bake 5–7 minutes.

  • Cook and crumble sausage in skillet; set aside.

  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until just set.

  • (Optional) Spread sauce over crust. Top with eggs, sausage, cheese, and other toppings.

  • Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

  • Slice, garnish, and serve hot.
