1 ball pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1 head garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Fresh herbs for garnish
White Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
¼ cup Parmesan
Roasted garlic (from above)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Roast garlic: Slice off top of garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast at 400°F for 35–40 min. Mash cloves when cool.
Make white sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan and mashed garlic. Season to taste.
Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out pizza dough and place on pan or stone.
Spread white sauce over crust. Top with chicken, mozzarella, and extra Parmesan.
Bake 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Rest 2 minutes. Garnish with herbs, slice, and serve.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or red onion for variation. Use gluten-free or dairy-free ingredients if needed. Sauce and garlic can be made ahead.
