Creamy white pizza topped with roasted garlic, tender chicken, mozzarella, and a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce — perfect for pizza night or casual entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 head garlic

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • Fresh herbs for garnish

White Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • ¼ cup Parmesan

  • Roasted garlic (from above)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Roast garlic: Slice off top of garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast at 400°F for 35–40 min. Mash cloves when cool.

  • Make white sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk. Simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan and mashed garlic. Season to taste.

  • Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out pizza dough and place on pan or stone.

  • Spread white sauce over crust. Top with chicken, mozzarella, and extra Parmesan.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

  • Rest 2 minutes. Garnish with herbs, slice, and serve.

Notes

Add spinach, mushrooms, or red onion for variation. Use gluten-free or dairy-free ingredients if needed. Sauce and garlic can be made ahead.
