Homemade pizza topped with roasted garlic, seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and fresh herbs.
1 lb pizza dough
1 whole garlic bulb
Olive oil
1 cup cooked chicken, sliced or chopped
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1–2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Roast garlic until soft; mash into a paste.
Season and cook chicken; slice and set aside.
Stretch dough and spread with roasted garlic.
Add cheese, chicken, and herbs.
Bake at 475°F until crust is golden and cheese melts.
Rest briefly, slice, and serve.
Mushrooms or spinach can replace chicken for a meat-free option.
