This Taco Bell-style Mexican pizza features layers of crispy tortillas, seasoned ground beef, refried beans, melty cheese, and classic toppings. A quick, bold Tex-Mex dinner that’s fun, fast, and family-approved.
8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 cup refried beans
1/2 cup enchilada or taco sauce
1.5 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped red onions
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Sour cream and jalapeños (optional for garnish)
Oil for frying or baking tortillas
Cook beef in skillet until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2–3 mins.
Fry tortillas in oil until golden and crisp, or bake at 400°F for 5–7 minutes per side.
On a baking sheet, layer tortilla → refried beans → beef → second tortilla.
Spread sauce on top tortilla. Sprinkle cheese and toppings.
Bake at 400°F for 6–8 mins, until cheese melts.
Garnish with cilantro, sour cream, or jalapeños. Slice and serve.
