A crispy, cheesy, Taco Bell-style Mexican Pizza made at home with seasoned beef, refried beans, enchilada sauce, and melted cheese stacked between golden tortillas.
4 (6–8 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup refried beans
1/3 cup enchilada or taco sauce
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Optional: black olives, sour cream, guacamole
Oil for brushing
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Brush tortillas with oil and bake until crispy, 4–5 minutes per side.
Cook ground beef in skillet. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Warm refried beans until spreadable.
Spread beans on one tortilla, top with beef, then another tortilla.
Spread sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
Garnish with tomatoes, green onions, and olives. Slice and serve.
Crisp tortillas in oven, skillet, or air fryer.
Customize toppings to taste.
Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in oven for best texture.
