A crispy, cheesy, Taco Bell-style Mexican Pizza made at home with seasoned beef, refried beans, enchilada sauce, and melted cheese stacked between golden tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 4 (6–8 inch) flour tortillas

  • 1/2 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning

  • 1/2 cup refried beans

  • 1/3 cup enchilada or taco sauce

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

  • Optional: black olives, sour cream, guacamole

  • Oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Brush tortillas with oil and bake until crispy, 4–5 minutes per side.

  • Cook ground beef in skillet. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

  • Warm refried beans until spreadable.

  • Spread beans on one tortilla, top with beef, then another tortilla.

  • Spread sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.

  • Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.

  • Garnish with tomatoes, green onions, and olives. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Crisp tortillas in oven, skillet, or air fryer.

  • Customize toppings to taste.

  • Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in oven for best texture.
