This ultra-creamy, oven-baked Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken is tender, flavorful, and ridiculously easy to make with just a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: paprika, Italian seasoning, fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Pat chicken dry and place in greased baking dish.

  • In a bowl, mix mayo/yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F.

  • Broil 2–3 minutes if desired for a golden topping.

  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
