This ultra-creamy, oven-baked Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken is tender, flavorful, and ridiculously easy to make with just a handful of ingredients.
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: paprika, Italian seasoning, fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat chicken dry and place in greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix mayo/yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F.
Broil 2–3 minutes if desired for a golden topping.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
