4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
Place chicken breasts in dish. Pat dry and pound to even thickness.
Mix mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
