A quick, crispy flatbread pizza topped with your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bakes in under 15 minutes for an easy weeknight meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (naan, pita, lavash, etc.)

  • ¼ cup pizza sauce or pesto

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, sausage, or pepperoni

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers or mushrooms

  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet or preheat a pizza stone.

  • Place flatbreads on baking surface. Lightly brush with olive oil.

  • Spread sauce, then add cheese and toppings.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is crisp.

  • Garnish with herbs, slice, and serve warm.
