These easy turkey meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for meal prep, dinner, or snacking. Baked or pan-fried, they come together quickly and freeze well.
1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup grated onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Olive oil (for cooking or brushing)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently until just combined.
Roll into 1½-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Bake 16–18 minutes until cooked through (165°F inside). Broil for 2 minutes if desired.
Serve with sauce, over grains, or as a snack.
Use almond flour for gluten-free version.
Add chili flakes for heat or swap seasonings for different cuisines.
Store in fridge for 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
