These easy turkey meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for meal prep, dinner, or snacking. Baked or pan-fried, they come together quickly and freeze well.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup grated onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Olive oil (for cooking or brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix gently until just combined.

  • Roll into 1½-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.

  • Bake 16–18 minutes until cooked through (165°F inside). Broil for 2 minutes if desired.

  • Serve with sauce, over grains, or as a snack.

Notes

  • Use almond flour for gluten-free version.

  • Add chili flakes for heat or swap seasonings for different cuisines.

  • Store in fridge for 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
