This Easy Taco Pizza combines a crispy crust, taco-seasoned beef, melty cheese, and fresh toppings for a fun, crowd-pleasing dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes.
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
1/2 cup salsa or taco sauce
1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Sour cream, for garnish
Optional: jalapeños, scallions, tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain fat, add taco seasoning + 1/4 cup water, and simmer 2–3 minutes.
Roll out pizza dough on a lined baking sheet. Prebake for 5–7 minutes if needed.
Spread salsa or taco sauce on the crust. Add seasoned beef, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and sour cream.
Slice and serve warm.
