This Easy Taco Pizza combines a crispy crust, taco-seasoned beef, melty cheese, and fresh toppings for a fun, crowd-pleasing dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or dough

  • 1/2 cup salsa or taco sauce

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • Sour cream, for garnish

  • Optional: jalapeños, scallions, tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain fat, add taco seasoning + 1/4 cup water, and simmer 2–3 minutes.

  • Roll out pizza dough on a lined baking sheet. Prebake for 5–7 minutes if needed.

  • Spread salsa or taco sauce on the crust. Add seasoned beef, then sprinkle with cheese.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

  • Let cool slightly, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and sour cream.

  • Slice and serve warm.

  • Use plant-based meat for a vegetarian version.

  • Swap salsa for refried beans or enchilada sauce.
