Tender turkey meatballs glazed in a sticky-sweet honey garlic sauce. Perfect for dinner, meal prep, or party appetizers.
Meatballs:
1 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup grated onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
Honey Garlic Sauce:
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Mix meatball ingredients. Form into 1.5-inch balls.
Cook in skillet (7–9 minutes) or bake at 400°F (16–18 minutes).
In saucepan, simmer sauce ingredients. Stir in cornstarch slurry and thicken.
Add meatballs to sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Serve hot with sesame seeds and green onions.
Use ground chicken or pork as alternatives.
Store extra sauce separately for reheating.
