Cranberry Sauce Meatballs are tender, savory bites simmered in a sweet and tangy cranberry-based sauce — perfect for parties, holidays, or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 oz) can cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)

  • 1 cup chili sauce or BBQ sauce

  • 23 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • 11.5 lbs frozen or cooked meatballs (beef or turkey)

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili or BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire.

  • Heat over medium, stirring until smooth and bubbling.

  • Add meatballs and stir to coat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until heated through.

  • Serve warm, garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • Slow cooker: Combine all in Crock Pot, cook on LOW for 3–4 hours.

  • For homemade meatballs: bake or sear first, then simmer in sauce.

  • Freeze leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 months.
