Cranberry Sauce Meatballs are tender, savory bites simmered in a sweet and tangy cranberry-based sauce — perfect for parties, holidays, or cozy dinners.
1 (14 oz) can cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
1 cup chili sauce or BBQ sauce
2–3 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1–1.5 lbs frozen or cooked meatballs (beef or turkey)
Chopped parsley for garnish
In a large skillet or saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili or BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire.
Heat over medium, stirring until smooth and bubbling.
Add meatballs and stir to coat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until heated through.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
Slow cooker: Combine all in Crock Pot, cook on LOW for 3–4 hours.
For homemade meatballs: bake or sear first, then simmer in sauce.
Freeze leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 months.
