6 large eggs

1 tablespoon butter
4 large flour tortillas burrito size
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional

Instructions

  • Bake tater tots at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp and golden.

  • Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble eggs gently until just set.

  • Warm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
