1 lb chicken breast or thigh, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp paprika
2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp butter (for garlic butter)
1 clove garlic (for garlic butter)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Optional: parmesan, spinach, tomatoes
Cook chicken in skillet with olive oil, garlic, and seasonings until golden and cooked through.
Melt butter, stir in garlic and parsley to make garlic butter.
Layer cheese, chicken, and optional toppings on each tortilla. Fold into wraps.
Brush wraps with garlic butter and toast in a skillet until golden and crisp on both sides.
