1 refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
3–4 large eggs (whole or scrambled)
1/2 cup cooked bacon, sausage, or ham
1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil or sour cream (optional base)
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Optional: fresh chives, red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper.
Par-bake dough for 5–6 minutes.
