  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar

  • 34 large eggs (whole or scrambled)

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, sausage, or ham

  • 1/2 cup sautéed bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or sour cream (optional base)

  • Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

  • Optional: fresh chives, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper.

  • Par-bake dough for 5–6 minutes.

  • Add base sauce (if using), cheeses, cooked meats, and veggies.

  • Crack or scramble eggs and add on top.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and eggs are set.
