1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1½ cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella
1 tbsp olive oil or garlic butter
4 large eggs, scrambled
½ cup cooked crumbled bacon or sausage
1 cup shredded cheese for topping
Optional: sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms
2 green onions or chives, sliced
Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Preheat oven to 475°F and prepare baking surface.
Roll out dough and brush with oil or butter.
