Cajun Steak Tips in Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce

Tender Cajun-seasoned steak tips meet creamy rigatoni pasta in a cheesy Parmesan sauce for a bold and comforting meal perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

lbs sirloin steak tips, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter (divided)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  • Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Sear steak in hot skillet with olive oil and 1 tbsp butter, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  • In same pan, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

  • Add cream and bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar until smooth.

  • Toss in rigatoni and cook for 1–2 minutes to combine.

  • Add steak tips and juices back to the pan. Stir gently.

  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Adjust Cajun seasoning for desired heat level. Use fresh cheese for best melting results.
