1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
5 large eggs
Splash of milk or cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese blend
½ cup cooked bacon or breakfast sausage
½ cup diced bell peppers, tomatoes, or spinach
1–2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out dough and pre-bake for 5–7 minutes.
Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.
Spread eggs on crust. Top with cheese, meats, and veggies.
Bake 8–12 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
