A savory breakfast pizza topped with scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon or sausage, and veggies—perfect for weekend brunches or feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 5 large eggs

  • Splash of milk or cream

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese blend

  • ½ cup cooked bacon or breakfast sausage

  • ½ cup diced bell peppers, tomatoes, or spinach

  • 12 tbsp chopped chives or parsley

  • Salt, pepper, olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out dough and pre-bake for 5–7 minutes.

  • Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.

  • Spread eggs on crust. Top with cheese, meats, and veggies.

  • Bake 8–12 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

  • Garnish with herbs and serve warm.

Notes

Customize with any toppings. Use pre-cooked meat and sautéed veggies to avoid sogginess. Reheats well for 3–4 days.
