1 ball pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1½ cups cooked shredded chicken
¼ cup + ⅓ cup BBQ sauce, divided
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Optional: ¼ cup smoked Gouda or cheddar
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Preheat oven to 475–500°F with pizza stone or sheet inside.
Toss chicken with ¼ cup BBQ sauce. Set aside.
Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Place on parchment paper.
Spread ⅓ cup BBQ sauce over dough, leaving a border.
Add cheese, BBQ chicken, and red onions.
Transfer to oven and bake 10–13 minutes until golden and bubbly.
