Juicy grilled chicken skewers glazed with a creamy, spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce. Perfect as an appetizer, main dish, or meal prep favorite.
1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Optional: 1 tsp sesame oil
Bang Bang Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1–2 tsp sriracha
1 tsp lime juice
Mix marinade and toss with chicken pieces. Marinate 30 minutes.
Mix Bang Bang sauce ingredients; chill until ready.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill or bake at 425°F for 18–20 minutes (or grill 10–12 mins), flipping halfway.
Drizzle with sauce, garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Use Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce.
Try with shrimp or tofu for a variation.
Adjust spice level by adding or reducing sriracha.
