Juicy grilled chicken skewers glazed with a creamy, spicy-sweet Bang Bang sauce. Perfect as an appetizer, main dish, or meal prep favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs or breasts

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • Optional: 1 tsp sesame oil

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

  • 12 tsp sriracha

  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Mix marinade and toss with chicken pieces. Marinate 30 minutes.

  • Mix Bang Bang sauce ingredients; chill until ready.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Grill or bake at 425°F for 18–20 minutes (or grill 10–12 mins), flipping halfway.

  • Drizzle with sauce, garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce.
Try with shrimp or tofu for a variation.
Adjust spice level by adding or reducing sriracha.
