These grilled Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and coated in a creamy sweet-and-spicy sauce — perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or outdoor entertaining.
For the Chicken:
1.5–2 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp lime juice or rice vinegar
1 tbsp sriracha
2 garlic cloves, minced
For the Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp lime juice
Garnishes:
Scallions, sesame seeds, cilantro, lime wedges
Combine marinade ingredients and toss chicken cubes. Chill for 30–60 minutes.
Whisk all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate until serving.
Thread chicken onto soaked skewers.
Grill 4–5 minutes per side (or bake at 425°F for 15–20 min), until cooked through.
Drizzle with sauce and garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and lime.
Use yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter sauce. Try adding veggies to the skewers or serve as bowls with rice and slaw.
